As the bio says, I’m a coffee addict. So when Clay Enos approached me and asked if he could wrap his delicious yet oh so ethical roast in one of my art prints, I gave him a resounding “hell yeah.” The above, from the Organic Coffee Cartel, is the result. The Organic Coffee Cartel makes sustainably produced boutique coffee, and donates 51% of their profits to coffee related charities.

The Coffee
Molly’s coffee is the Costa Rican single-origin called Las Lajas. It’s a bright, sweet, heavily fruited cup. It has a full body, with hints of chocolate, cherry and strawberry. Fruit flavors become more pronounced as cup cools.
