Shipments go out once every 5-10 business days, depending on Molly’s studio schedule. They are sent USPS First Class Mail and you will be issued a tracking number the day they go out. There is no Priority/Express Shipping unless we are contacted & agree to it first, which may include additional fees, which you will be invoiced for.
We issue tracking numbers when packages go out. If you do not plan to be home during the time your package is scheduled to arrive, please make arrangements with your postal service to have your package held. When a package is returned to us, we will email you to see if there was a mistake on our end for entering an address. If it’s our error, we will reship at no extra cost. If a package is returned due to the receiver’s error, we will charge a fee to cover the additional shipping costs.
Returns & Exchanges
If an article you ordered was damaged due to our faulty shipments (ie: flat packed reproduction art is bent in half, the end cap of the tube was not taped down & fell off during shipment or rolled art was bent inside the tube) we will happily replace for free.
Apparel items may only be exchanged if they are returned in the same condition as they were sent out. Apparel from a pre-order is not exchangeable. Each item is made to order and after shipping there are no others remaining.
Items may only be exchanged for the exact item in excellent condition. No exchanges for items of lesser value. Cash refunds only, no credit (our shopping cart system does not handle crediting individual customers for purchases later).
